Dr. J.M. Rumbak’s botched mouth surgery has left me with a permanent neck-erection, jaws that crack when I chew, and mouth muscles in stiff-spasm.
Dr. Rumbak’s victim, represented by adv. Brian Spilg, was awarded an out-of-court settlement, where Dr. Rumbak agreed to foot costs.

What steps are going to be taken about reigning medical corruption? The Department of Health in South Africa has NO control over doctors in private practice, which frees them to bury their botch-ups effortlessly, by networking to silence victims who take a stand?

Serial murderer “dr.” Harold Shipman caused the death of more than 150 women, before he was eventually found guilty, after which he hanged himself in his cell…

• he would NOT permit me to demonstrate to the court that after Dr. J.M. Rumbak’s botched surgery, I chew like a donkey
• he would not permit me to spell out to the court details of Dr. Rumbak’s THREE (3) other victims – in one instance, Dr. Rumbak admitted guilt, and carried the costs
• he allowed Dr. Rumbak’s advocate to ask me a “leading question”

3. Victim intimidation & Witness intimidation is lawyers’ entrenched behaviour in South Africa. Is this evil tactic not a criminal offense?

4. Why is it that in America & England, negligent doctors are FORCED by the legal system to admit guilt, but South Africa remains backward & different: victims of medical negligence continue to be buried effortlessly, with ‘untouchable’ doctors having free reign, coupled with all the protection they require?

5. Am I expected to accept never being able to chew and speak normally - living a life of discomfort - after being butchered by a doctor with a negligence history?

The conspiracy-of-silence required closing-of-ranks, in order to shut my broken mouth, with an attempt to trap me into a soul-destroying and humiliating evaluation at a mental institution!
